Hi guys! So I saw this thread and decided to post cause I’m genuinely curious what you guys think. I adopted Gillyweed from the shelter 2 years ago and he is the sweetest cat I’ve ever met. He’s extremely cuddly, loves to be held, and spends most of his time laying on my bed or couch. He’s very large, weighting 14 pounds and is around the size of a beagle (he’s Definitely not a fat cat, although he’s super fluffy). What breed do you guys think he is?

I would say that he's a domestic longhair. It's not a recognized breed per say but just more of a classification I guess. Basically a "regular" long haired cat. Not nearly as common as the domestic shorthair cats. But it doesn't really matter. He's a handsome cat, a good boy and you love him. That's all that matters.

He’s adorable! I would describe him as a cream Domestic Longhair.
