Annoying each other for no reason. I got up and fed them hoping a full belly will calm them down.
I'm totally in shock. Tubbs was sitting quietly outside the bedroom door this morning, waiting patiently for me. He's usually an alarm clock, sitting outside the door meowing loudly for me to get up.
Willow is on laundry duty, guarding the towels until they cool down. She will let me know when it’s okay to put them away.
Good job Willow!
Lulu just had her ears cleaned and she's all spazzzzzy. Smells good though!

I think she was like that for half an hour. Silly girl.

We daily vary between wet and raw, when we feed Belle and she gobbles up everything. Wet is Sheba because that's what we automatically get from Chewie's. We get the frozen raw from a local shop called Ma Barker's. We get different types, chicken, duck, rabbit, lamb and Belle eats them all with gusto.
This time, we got quail. She ate it once and that's it. She sniffs at it and looks at me as if saying "What in the name of Nine Tails is this?!?" I mixed it with her Sheba, six to one. No good.Mixed it eight to one. No good!
I paid $30 after discounts for the raw quail. She won't eat it!

The good news is, Belle is showing greater appreciation for the food she likes.
I gave the frozen raw quail to my sister to see if her cats will eat it. If not, I’m sure her dogs will!
I couldn’t give it to the local shelter or rescue because they don’t have a freezer to keep it in.

Got a friend and their dog (a 14 year old pomeranian) staying with me for a few weeks. Sassy is probably on the bed, venturing out every so often to see if the dog is still in the living room.

The alarm went off and Belle is on my chest, kneading with all four paws saying “Good father, kind father, handsome father, it’s time for breakfast, father.”
Enjoying the fire... but from a safe distance because she knows Mommy will yell at her when she tries to get inside the fireplace.
