2) I was born in Berlin when it was still divided, and I spent my childhood between Europe and the US.
3) I am hypermobile in my hips and shoulders-I can dislocate them at will and relocate them easily.
4) I entered a regional poetry contest in sixth grade and had my poem published in the resulting book.
5) My hobbies include reading, writing, watching old movies, and playing RPGs online.
6) I have never been left-handed

1.) I used to write short novels (which I did not publicize).
2.) I still write poems from time to time.
3.) I love building designs, probably I was an architect in my past life.
4.) I can see ghosts. Not always, but I can.

If being boring was an Olympic event I would be a gold medal winner!
I use my left handed to write, eat and on the rare occasions I do it, sew. Pretty much everything else is done right handed.
I never went to college, much to my regret, but could never afford it when young and then life just got in the way.
I was a dog person mainly when I got married while hubby was a cat person. Somewhere in the 45 years we have been married it flipped. I am more the cat person and he is more of a dog man now. We both love ALL animals though.
I have nursed several wild animals back to health- a possum that had been hit by a car, a baby mockingbird, a hawk that was shot through the wing, to name a few. All returned to the wild when healthy.
I have written several articles for Cat Talk magazine.
I have been asked several times if I am a doctor since my husband has been ill because I understand what the doctors are talking about when discussing his condition.
I sometimes ‘know’ what is wrong with an animal when I am taking them into see a vet. I have diagnosed correctly several times when the vet was wrong. He kept testing at my insistence.
Over the years my hobbies have included cake decorating, baking, gardening ( I am a Certified Master Gardener), painting ( badly!), photography, reading, flower arranging, grooming, breeding and showing silver and golden Persian cats. Before anyone gets upset, I only bred to have a cat to show, never with the intention of making money( if done correctly you don’t make money). The Persians were a passion for me.
My hobbies ceased when my husband fell sick. My life is now caring for him, the pets, house, and yard. No time for fun or relaxation other than a few minutes in the computer now and then.

~ Remember to use help when/if needed. Even having Tidy Maids come now and then can give you a needed rest. Caregivers can "burn out " without realizing it . :vibes::clover: PEACE💕

Can’t afford to hire help, and even if I could I would probably work myself silly cleaning before the cleaning lady got here!

Wow! That's a lot of work. My mom is 80 and is a caretaker for my dad. Even gets his food, dishes orders takeout. Luckily they can afford a house keeper and a yard worker. Plus I cannot drive right now so she insists on taking me to work since I cannot drive for 3 months. 40 minutes away. I would win gold in the olympics

This is interesting! Once I asked my brother for a book about left-handed people for Christmas and it contained all sorts of terrible things. I meant a book about good left-handed people things.

I thought mani mani posted something. Crikey! She was playing a trick on me!

I have 3 cats and 2 dogs. The dogs are from the same litter but I adopted Roo 9 months after Poppy because his first family returned him to the rescue and I decided to foster him (and failed).
I was selectively mute as a child and didn't talk to anyone but my parents, siblings, a few extended family members, and one or two friends.
I have way too many hobbies and not enough time to do them. My main ones are crocheting, cross stitching, writing, pottery (I have a pottery studio in my basement), hiking, random craft projects as the mood strikes, crossword puzzles and reading.
I have my Master's in GIS.
I wish I could travel more but I don't have the time or money to do it as much as I'd like. I really want to go to Norway and Iceland.

I was on TV when I was a kid (Birthday House).
I met Lassie as a kid (who knows if it was the real one, probably one of many but who cares LOL)
I was a guest at the New Year's Eve wedding of Steve Van Zandt (I was very close with some of the family)
Met my husband online virtually in Second Life.
I dropped out of college in my sophomore year and despite this, wound up more successful in my career than some of my college graduate friends. School really just is not for everyone!
Math is not my strength except when it's related to finances in which case I excel. Money, is relatable.
I am a native New Yorker.
I know a little about a lot of subjects.
I consider myself more of a loner type, but with outgoing tendencies. Would rather be home with my husband over get-togethers any day.
Some of my photography has been used commercially.
