I got this kitten from someone who bought him from a small breeder. The breeder told him that the kitten was a Ragdoll. Yet this breeder also claims "this cross of Siamese and long-haired breeds has become a breed of its owe called Ragdolls!" on her website so I know she isnt a true breeder as that is not how any of the other websites describe how Ragdolls came to be. I think he is probably a Siamese cross as he is color pointed but his hair isnt as short as a typical Siamese.

She doesn’t have the look of a Ragdoll to me. They are much fluffier, and have less of a pronounced muzzle. Your beautiful kitten has more of a look of a Balinese (a longhaired Siamese).

Yes I believe you are right he does look that a Balinese. He also does not have the super mellow personality of a ragdoll. Instead he is very attached to me and seems to tolerate everyone else from a distance unless I am there.
