Weird spot(s?) and slightly hairless on cat's tummy?

I haven't noticed this before. Are they just his nipples or something? Did he scratch himself while kicking his legs? Flea bites?

He doesn't seem to be in pain when I touch them but he doesn't like it.

Thats 100% his/ her belly button (so where their umbilical cord attached), it's looks like that on most cats. It has got a little spot or bite on it that's all. Probably where there is no hair (that's normal) to protect it in long grasses etc. Unless it gets angry or weepy don't worry about it, it will go away on its own in a few days.

Oh ok, thank you! Very reassuring, he's just been going outside for the past week or so and I was a bit concerned, but if it's just a little bite then that's fine :)

Actually, since there are more than one of them, it's his nipples. One of my black cats nipples show up a lot (bare spots around them) and the other one I have a hard time finding. Every cat is slightly different!
