Wax-like Ball From Cat's Skin

I was just petting my cat (female, 6 y/o) when I pet near her chest I felt a bump on her skin so I moved her fur out of the way to investigate...I found a semi-opaque yellow-brown ball attatched to her skin that honestly looks and feels like a ball of ear wax (yuck!) I pulled it off with no reaction from her, any ideas as to what it is??

Hi! Can you put it in a baggie and show it to your vet? Was there any redness on her skin?

An inverted nipple can build up wax like that, similar to a blackhead. Did you find it in a nipple location?

Yeah it was right on her nipple, I think it's just a build up of dirt/sweat/etc.
