I am a 6 month old kitten. And she has a visible lump over her genital area. The lump is not solid it's sort of squishy and soft. She is eating normally she doesn't drink much as I give her wet food. I posted a recent thread where she is panting as well. I don't know if it has to do with this lump. Any advice would be good.

It's hard to tell, but are you sure you have a female kitten?

I don't actually. I never did understand how it's supposed to look like.

Um. . .the picture isn't very clear, but from what I can see I'm pretty sure "she" is actually a "he" :D. The squishy lumps are his testicles.

But if the kitty is also panting, it would be best to get him in for a checkup. The vet can confirm what sex the kitty is and also try to find out why he's panting. It would also be a good idea to schedule his neuter soon so he doesn't start spraying.

The photo is a little blurred but your cat appears to be a male and the lumps are the two testicles, between the anus and the penis.
With best wishes,

With the other issue going on, a vet visit is definitely in order. You can also get needed kitten vaccines and schedule a neuter appointment.
