Do you live in a cat state or a dog state?

Here, in Pennsyltucky, we've got both!

Dogs live in a kennel, out back of the garage and cats live in the barn.
They can come inside and sleep in the basement or garage when it gets too cold, outside.

Sometimes, we let them into the house if they are well behaved enough.

I lived in MD for 70 years and it is a cat state. I moved to VA 2 years ago and it is a dog state. It's ok, I love both cats and dogs.

I'm obviously not on the map, but people are dog crazy around here. I understand why.. there a lovely walks along the coast and oodles of doggy parks.

Me too. I was at a s/n clinic and a group from West Virginia drove all the way to DC to get 70 ferals s/n. They were telling some horrible stories about how some people treat ferals in W VA.
