Upper Respiratory Infection

My three kittens had it I'd and pink eye the eye has cleared up and they are on the second round of antibiotics and ointment for their eyes also had worms and had two rounds of medicine they seemed to clear up and we had them in the play pen for a couple of weeks they are now out of the pen we have a barricade up so they can't go upstairs but one keeps jumping over it. I called the vet to see if they can go upstairs or keep them in the pen at night I also have to see if they can share the same litter box and food when the vet calls back they go back to the vet next week I want to see if I can let them up with the doors closed

Sorry you are dealing with so much with them! It's good you called the vet. They can really give the best answer in this situation.

I found another way to keep them from going upstairs
