Oh god I'm so stressing about the fact that I'm not going to make a good mum & he won't fit into my routine, I need to stick to my routine for certain reason as otherwise I'd have a lot of problems [emoji]128553[/emoji]

You will do fine.  I have 4 cats and they have all been fine with adjusting to our routines.  In the last year my work schedule has become much more unpredictable and they have all adjusted just fine to the change.  I had a set work schedule for years before this happened.

I generally work 9:00am -5:30 pm five days a week but my days off are not set anymore. I used to work 7:00am to 3-4:00pm and was always off Friday and Saturday.

Well folks, I've had my first night with the little man, I shut him in the kitchen with his covered bed & came down to litter all over the kitchen floor, but he had used his litter tray but he must have had a wonderful time in it!!!! So spend 10 mins cleaning that up but I had to laugh, how can someone so small make so much mess [emoji]128514[/emoji]. I'm going to give him the runof the house tonight & see how we go. I've also left him for the first time & when I got back & I had a sneaky look through my window to see what he was up too, & he was fast asleep on my blanket on my sofa!!!! Such a proud mum.
However I now know how mums feel when they first leave their baby, I felt awful & felt like crying [emoji]9785[/emoji]️.
