My kitten is 4 weeks old and she’s the runt. Her mother abandoned her so I took her in. But she’s 4 weeks old (at least) and tiny, by tiny she’s literally 10.8 oz. is this normal?

Have you had her checked by a vet? The runt of a litter is generally smaller and slower to gain weight. At 4 weeks they should weigh about 15/16 oz's. Is she eating well, is she putting any weight on?

She’s eating fine, might as fact a little extra and she gained like .1 oz so she weighs 10.9 now

How much KMR is she getting? Does she drink readily from a bottle?

If she has teeth, try mixing the KMR with some canned kitten food and/or Gerber chicken baby food. She's at the age where she can start on solids.

That works. My kittens loved it, but they also ate wet pate food.
