I just watched a video that was posted by LTS3 LTS3 in a separate thread on Webinars from the International Society of Medicine.

In the video on managing obesity in cats, an RVN named Georgia Woods-Lee mentions that she sometimes feeds an item (and she says "please don't think I'm crazy") that sounds like "kozat" and I'm not sure what is is by looking at it. Cucumber?

The video is here:

Time-stamp approx 34:40

Thanks in advance.

Courgettes....these are zucchini to those of us in the US but in Europe and Britain they are often referred to by this other name. What is in Ollie's dish is the inside of the vegetable, without the skin it appears, diced very finely and unrecognizable.

Ah ha. Thank you for solving this mystery for me (fellow Angeleno).

It was driving me a little koo-koo. LOL.
