I have two cats and two litter boxes and that is the most I can have. The one litter box is huge and both cats use it for pee only the smaller box they both poo in only...
How do I get them to pee an poo in both boxes??

Some cats will stubbornly refuse to pee and poo in the same box (it is a more natural state honestly). There isn't really a way to get them to just use one box for both if they refuse to. It also is good to have two boxes for two cats. I wouldn't change anything about your current set-up.

If there is no other option and pressing reasons, you can try removing one to leave just one box as the simple route. Just be prepared for possible messes, upset cats,  and complications with that.

I cat sat for a kitty who did this, it's not a medical issue, just a cute little purrsonality thing.

Those are some well organized cats.  I fail to see the problem here.

We have 2 kitties ,a male and a female. We have one litter box they both use faithfully. We started with two boxes but they both used only one so we eliminated the second. We are also home to keep the boxes very clean.
