Trouble Inserting Photo...

I'm trying to put a small banner in my signature, and despite it coming up just fine in the editor, it won't appear in the preview nor the signature itself.

This is the code I'm using;

i'm pretty positive that it does not exceed the 144 pixel limit, either. Any advice?

I believe images are not allowed in signatures, outside of specific cases.
