I downloaded this sight. Is it accurate? Is ash taurine?

I calculated the wellness Core. Carbs are much less than the carb/protein chart by Dr. Lisa

Ash is not taurine. That's the minerals, that will turn into ash if the rest of the food is burned up.

Dr. Pierson contacted each company for their TNA - typical nutrient analysis data, hence why she has several manufacturers on her "not recommended" list because they would not provide TNA info.

TNA is not exact either, however, a closer approximation than GA or DMB -- guaranteed analysis or dry matter basis values.

As Dr. Pierson also mentioned when she updated her chart in 2017, manufacturers may often change their recipes so it's up to the consumer to contact the manufacturer(s) for the most recent data.
