Hi
All is good! My mum is having 'Flo' - she was the 3rd born.
We are keeping the other 3 as it's too traumatic for my children to pick just one (that's the story I'm sticking with ;-)) so when she is old enough to live with my mum and her 1 year old neutered Tom we will have 7 cats
All will be spayed and neutered as soon as old enough including Bella.
For a 1 year old she's only had a couple of blips which didn't last long! She's brilliant!

Babies are moving now - 2 fully on their feet but they tire very quickly!
Weight wise - they are very healthy;/)

Tilly (103g born) now day 19 360g
Tom (95g born) now 374g
Flo (103g born) now 364g
Max (103g born) now 374 g

They take it in turns to be the heaviest as two will usually have bigger feeds one day and gain more and the other 2 the day after and so on!

Cool which one is bruiser ? Before we decided to get gracie spayed we discussed the pros and cons of letting her have a litter. One of the cons was being too worried about rehousing them to good homes and us keeping them all ! We just haven't the space

Bruiser is Max.
He is my gorgeous little fluffy marshmallow cottonball!
If he's not fluffy and long haired I'll be shocked
I'll see if I can post this weeks pictures.

Grrr fleas!
I posted weeks back on a previous post about one of my fluffy cats ripping her fur out whenever we treated for fleas but someone suggested try a flea tablet (never knew of in the UK)

We used on all cats and we hadn't seen any for the last 3 weeks.

Then I saw one on Tilly's lovely white belly - cue loads of meowing whilst I combed her and got said flea off, combed through Bella and found 2, next two kittens clear and then Max - found flaming 4 on him!
Combed the other cats and they have a few again so all tablets given tonight! Hopefully won't see any more black little critters for a few weeks...
Is 3 weeks of these tablets working about right? (Been approx 24 days since last time)

You must have flea eggs in your home. The capstar pills kill the fleas on the cats, but not eggs or larvae in the home.

So simultaneously, you'll need to vacuum and wash all bedding. A flea carpet spray works also to keep eggs from hatching and larvae from developing.

This extra work can eradicate the fleas for good.

I sprayed the floors last night and the have put the bedding in the wash the morning and gave the other soft furnishings a good spray so fingers crossed it was an early catch
