Yeah she would have been a great mother if she hadn't been spayed, she's such a loving, caring dog
Sometimes though, all 6 pups get too much for her and she leaps away

Scrappy can't really decide what to do with them. You know he's curious because he's always trying to sniff them when we let them out to play, but he also seems scared of them - growls and barks at them most ferociously. We have to keep an eye out when he's near them. One bite and he could easily kill them. Then again, he's an extremely vocal dog, so it could just be that he's playing in his own Scrappy-style
He's also feeling jealous, he'll snuggle up to us and look really sad, like he's no one's darling now that the pups are here.. But we constantly reassure him that he's our boy.

Whisky will have nothing to do with them at all, barks at them if they come too near, otherwise will try to avoid them while eyeing us jealously.

Penni also will have nothing to do with them. She goes out into the carpark area and sits there alone when the pups are out of their room
