And rough across. Yes,I will take her in. She does vomit alot so maybe it's dried up spit. What should I use to clean her chin? Baby wipes? I cannot drive so I hope Walmart has some. Or if it's dry skin.what can I use?

Can you use a wet washcloth with some warm water? Try to soften the spots and see if they are actually dried food or vomit and if not, let them be until you see the vet. I have never found baby wipes to be that effective on spots or dried food. If you do get baby wipes, try to get the ones that have no additives or anything harmful.

Coconut oil and olive oil are safe moisturizers which you might have around. If you get to Walmart, the pet department might have some specific moisturizers for cats. I am suggesting those for external use although neither are harmful to cats. If your cat needs a supplement, the vet might have suggestions.

The article is very helpful. It probably is acne. It would be easier if she didn't have black fur
