That's odd. Especially since Amazon is world-wide. I'd suggest contacting Customer Service, but goodness knows, that's a ROYAL pain in the sit-down!

Isn't it though?I used to have trouble with it on Walmart and after one phone call problem was resolved ( amazingly)..... It's difficult with this Australian bank card though- seems many ' world wide' companies don't include Oz??? Lol,I believe the problem is not so much the card or bank but that the mailing address is in USA and not Australia so there's that

Timmy's doing great TT and he's getting a little better at playing also,not as rough or reactive to Max putting his arm around his neck -more passive when someone is sleeping in his favorite spots and just finds another instead.No one really hisses at him anymore,it's a peaceful clowder
Tonight is the first time Timmy jumped up on my bed to check it out- I imagine him eventually lying next to me there as he does on the couch- he's such a good boy and a loving companion

So happy to see Timmy and Sami facing each other on the side by side window shelves I recently put up instead of the hammocks
Sami was Timmys first " friend" outside when he'd follow us on walks- Sami was my bait many times and he felt safe near him but after capture and Vet visit I believe Sami didn't recognize his scent and wanted nothing to do with the " new cat" --- Timmy has been trying to be near Sami since day one,I believe his patience has finally paid off..... Usually when I walk in the room Timmy jumps down and runs to me,I believe he's saying " look Mom,I've got my Sami "

I love this guy so much- I was petting in his ears and his little head kept getting lower,lower,lower and everytime I stopped he looks up at me- now he's sound asleep and I can stop without feeling bad

Revolution day! My boy is shocked I did something to him and looks so pathetically confused..... poor baby
I feel do bad when I apply his treatment,he usually gets over it pretty quickly- not today,I'll just ignore him staring at me like "Why?why Mommy ,how could you ?" Lol

The other 4 are fine- they just sit there except little Bella,takes off running but then I call her and she comes right back,lol

Timmy was a skittish mess yesterday so I decided to speed up the process of the mistrust and intruded his space to remind him how good it feels to get under the chin and face scratches.....then put some squeezable treats in my pocket for later-when he came inside all crouched down to sneak past me I stopped him to give him more scratches and some churu on my fingers
Shortly after he hopped up next to me on the couch so I'm all forgiven and the Revolution trauma is over for the next 30 days,lol I couldn't stand to go too long with him staring at me with such insecurity-I don't know what it is about this guy that stole my heart but he sure does

I attempted bribery with a Churu. It's hard to say since he may also be upset that I didn't have time to play this morning before work.
my pet cat Boris is absolutely fine with getting his Revolution although he does his best to reach the back of his neck to frantically try to clean it off for the next hour or so. His sister was another matter entirely. She acted as if I was about to chop her head off every single time. All for a couple of drops of liquid on her neck.
Poor Timmy - he has come such a long way from a feral kitty to this!

They're all so different - some just hate the cold trickle and then some react 2 seconds after as they freak from the " rapid heartbeat " side effect and others could care less....I know Timmy hates the feeling of it trickling and I'm as fast as lightening....he acts like your female did,as if I did something horrible to him... for a millimeter of a second!
You'd laugh at Bella- when I put her down she runs like the dickens ,completely panic stricken ( probably a racey heart) but then I say:" Awwww Belly Belle,what happened baaaaaby?:" and she runs back for me to pick her up,
So I am taking your advice and I am going to order this Catio.
Thank you for all your help. Your set up looked great. Now I am trying to decide whether to set it up outdoors with a cat house inside it or inside. I think Billy might like it being outside. I am thinking of setting it up next to my office window so that when he becomes more confident he can come inside whenever he wants - hopefully that will be a less stressful transition for him.
