Thanks for posting his music. I was wondering who he is, but didn't have the chance to look him up yet.

The wheel's still in spin
And there's no tellin' who that it's namin'
For the loser now will be later to win
For the times they are a-changin'

The Times They Are A-Changin' by Bob Dylan
Channeling Guthrie bigtime. One of the great folk songs, timely then, chilling now.

Sad news… Bill Withers has died at 81.
Bill Withers, 'Lean On Me' and 'Lovely Day' singer, has died at 81

Rest in Peace :rbheart:
We will remember you through your beautiful songs.
~ Very sad .... Bill lived here in Los Angeles and was a very pleasant humble man - as most from his generation. " Grandma's Hands " is my favorite.

▪ A story he liked to tell about two women he overheard talking about his music at a diner :
WITHERS: " And these ladies looked like they had just come from church or something, and they were talking about this Bill Withers song. So I was going to have some fun with them and I said : 'I'm Bill Withers. ' And this lady said : ' You ain't no Bill Withers ! You too light-skinned to be Bill Withers.'
Even after I showed them my driver's license they weren't buying it. "
