Hi, depending of how much bleeding you talking about , some brownish in color is normal. Bright red and if anything more then spotting , no it’s not normal . Does the cat acts normal otherwise?

Hi, she has some blood spots in her anus area, she feeds her babies regularly, I think she is acting normally

In that case all is well. Giving birth is monumental task and body needs time to recover and clean it self. Leave her alone first week and handle babies only if really, really necessary. There will be a plenty of time for that.

Yes, cats spot blood for 7-10 days after giving birth while the uterus heals. It should turn pinkish then brown and finally stop. If she leaks a lot of bright red blood she would need a vet.
