I asked for something for nausea
And vet didn't want to add any more meds to his system
He's slacked up eating

All the meds could play a role in this, especially the first two. Did the vet offer you any probiotics? Will he eat anything like plain boiled chicken? Is he still drinking? This may not get better, unless you happen to be at the end of the dosage period and are about to stop the meds. I would call the vet back and let him know that your cat is not eating and ask for some help.

Two more days of nausea and not eating is not good and I would try to get some help with this from the vet.

He's eating pretty good now
And he was eating and drinking some just not as much as normal
But he's eating pretty good now gave him little pure pumpkin
The only thing is he just wants the Hills CD dry urinary care stress multicare
And I thought and think just feeding dry can cause crystals or stones in cats

Dry food is not great for this condition, but you are using the Hills CD. At this point, he has to eat, but I would try to get him onto wet food once he is better.
