Let me try again: if the same OPINION is MET, with the same POINT of view there is "agreement", "likeness", "similarity", i.e c---------e. The same word with the same meaning could end with "y".

It ends "ence" not "ance" Tobermorey. I have arrived at the conclusion that "my" word is not used in America with the same meaning as it is in England. The word in question is "convergence" the definition of which in my Collins English Dictionary is "concurrence of opinions or results" so I will accept "concordance" which means the same thing .Your turn Tobermorey.
