I use the Mealime app for interesting healthy recipes. You can put in dietary restrictions, and also foods you don't like and the app will filter recipes that fit your criteria.wondering if i can find some easy recipes to use for losing weight ???
? I have never bought a whole carton of them. Occasionally one brown one in a carton but I never really noticed a difference. Not sure if they have to be a special kind of chicken to lay brown eggs?we got brown eggs this week same size/brand as the white ones we buy normally. but they crack differently and seem to have less yolk inside?

Just had to google it. There are certain breeds of chickens that lay brown eggs. Don’t know whether yolk size varies by kind of chicken. And I also found this “One of the students who raised hens said that when the hens are younger, the eggs they lay have a smaller proportion of yolk to white”.brown chickens lay brown eggs or so i was told by my ma when i was a lil kid haha but i dont think thats really the case though?

If you don't have a smartphone, you can still search recipes on their website and put in things like vegetarian or allergens, but idk if you can put in the foods you dislike. Maybe you can if you have an account. I use the app pretty much.
So most eggs from the store come from caged chickens, and I think Leghorns lay white eggs. If you get cage-free eggs that means that they have all certain access to the outdoors but they are still in some type of fence or pen. If you get free-range eggs that means they are allowed to roam wherever.Just had to google it. There are certain breeds of chickens that lay brown eggs. So maybe you got eggs that came from young chickens.
Unfortunately it doesn't (if they're commercial. If you're at the farmer's market and it says "free range" I'm sure it means they roam wherever). Here's the commercial definition:If you get cage-free eggs that means that they have all certain access to the outdoors but they are still in some type of fence or pen.
