Welp, my mom told me her friend that is a couple years older than her and was qualified due to 65+ age just got contacted a couple weeks ago by the county and a couple other places that she was allowed to sign up for appointments finally through the county site. Feel like it may be a while until I qualify on the county site where I can schedule a drive through vaccination.

So contacted the health department, and apparently, even though I was eligible on Monday, that doesn't mean everyone that qualifies is eligible until you receive an e-mail that you can not make an appointment... So I have no idea when I will be eligible to even try to get appointments at the drive through sites.
You may have mentioned this already, but couldn't you make an appointment at a local grocery store or pharmacy?

I *could*, but very worried about having a panic attack if I have to go in some where. And the vaccination drive thru sites are the best option for me to feel safe while getting vaccinated since I'd be staying in my car.

If anyone was wondering how boring my small town is, let me share the biggest news of the entire year.

About 10 years or so ago, our KFC closed. Yesterday (Monday), a new one opened. John went to try to get us some. He failed on Monday. The line was literally a half mile long. See picture 1. He went again earlier tonight. He had to park next door and walk across to KFC to go inside to order, but he got me my chicken! See picture 2.

I am a happy camper. I have been deprived.

In related news, it's possible that Aedan was switched at birth. He rejected the KFC. That boy ain't right. 🤣😂🤣 66c9e9596dab502b552fd12a7975c8be.0.jpg Screenshot_20210413-164344_Messenger Lite.jpg

I've been getting racoons on my cameras lately. I've never seen a racoon in the wild, so it was honestly very surprising.
0ne night I went out on my deck for a smoke and I saw my first live raccoon. It was as big as a bear cub and no I wasn't smoking those funny cigarettes. I never saw another one that big.

I don't have cameras, but I saw a possum in our front yard the other night. That was pretty cool!

And a fox last week during the day, I think.
Possums are way cool and foxes are beautiful.

When I lived in my last apartment, it was on a wetland.. My balcony faced the back of the building. I used to love watching a family of groundhogs.. I never saw them all together.. but I did seem different sizes .... so it was a family...
The kids about me, called it a 'huge RAT"~~ city kids... omg..

I also loved to see the different tracks of wildlife in a fresh snowfall.. Rabbit tracks, the groundhog.. etc...
