Eggplant for me. Although I never had an eggplant pizza before - Something to try out in the future I reckon! (I am personally partial to pepperoni or bacon overall)

Edit: I don't normally add my husband in these, but he's a Leo, and jalapeños is definitely something he'll eat on pizza. It's perfect for him.
