So sorry. Hope you pet is doing better now.Spent most of Thursday (Thanksgiving) at the emergency vet so didn't have Thanksgiving. The positive is tomorrow I get to see my grandparents for Thanksgiving. They are three hours away so I don't get frequent visits with them.
looks like gf and i are getting that house for 820(hopefully if all goes well) gf is happy she feels like she got it on a clearance sale its like she went clothes shopping and hit the clearance rackswe got a pretty good deal considering market price on that house in the 870 range easilythe daugter who currently owns ittold us 820 take it or leave so we jumped on it and are running with itso the paper work should be started tommorrow or soon as she gets back to her home state. i think the chances are good since it seems like she wants to sell it fast and split the money with her sibling
yep i already did a quick once over on our tour stucco is all in good conditionboth sides on the house had concrete laid out for any possible flooding during heavy rains rain gutters feeding right into drain pipes running to the streetjust need to get gf to quit changing her mind about interior stuffGood lu
Good luck! Be sure to check out plumbing, roof, termites, electrics and breaker, esp. septic, heating system, Graycie escape hatches, foundation, well, you know the drill.
You may want to consider getting a professional structural inspector -it would be well worth it. They go over everything from top to bottom with a fine tooth comb including roof, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc. In addition, they list what needs to be repaired now, what can wait a year or two and what is in good working condition.i already did a quick once over on our tour
