You are right, but here in Ohio an animal abuse law was passed several years ago. A man who shot and killed a dog got a year inwe are worried about cats locked in homes

That's so scary to think about. Thankful you've been able to save some. Our family cat, Sunnie, was rescued from a situation where him and many cats where left in a home without food. <3 Did you see that video someone posted about a guy in China checking on cats for people who couldn't get back to their homes? I cried twice during that video!! Once because it was such an amazing thing to do, but again when that one cat may have gotten out of the apartment and fallen and died from the balcony. It's so sad it is a reality that cats may be left in homes and cannot or will not be fed. Does this happen often around you?we are worried about cats locked in homes
