Ahh. Shopping. The Marshalls store near me just reopened
Are they allowing people to try on clothes? I need to go clothes shopping with my stimulus check. Online shopping is too hard!

will feel when I get to replace my favorite "around the house" flip flops that broke. I need ones with some arch support and I really have to try them on first.
I have completely flat feet, so no arch for me... I tried to shop for clothes online, but it's so hard! I have to be able to see it in person and try it on. I found some sexy Wranglers on Amazon though. I want a pair! Never wore them before.

Even the chance of severe storms is not bothering me
I took my walk outside yesterday, even though it was raining. I needed to get out of the house. I guess that's my positive, that I grabbed an umbrella and took my walk anyway. It was really chilly the 1st hour, but warmed up the 2nd hour.

I think it depends where you live. I've heard dressing rooms will be locked here but haven't personally ventured out yet. I would suggest calling the store you wish to go to or look on their website. That way you will know ahead of time.

We had a late night yesterday so today will be a lazy day. Sometimes we all need a day like that to just relax and chill.

My dinosaur planters came today! There is a drainage hole, although the legs of the dinosaurs are hollow and do not have holes. Yesterday, I bought a drill and looks like I'll have my first project to drill some holes in! The other solution was finding something to fill the legs and tail so not water could accumulate there. I'll have time to think what course to take as the drill won't arrive until earliest Friday.

M maggiedemi , I didn’t check dressing rooms. They did have clerks at door telling people they had to wear masks. Marshall’s, TJ Max’s and Homegoods are all owned by same company so I would expect policies to be the same.

I didn't take one because Leroy would eat it
Same here. I can't have flowers/plants inside because Demi & Maggie eat them.

My positive is I found some nice shirts at Target that I will probably order. Shirts are easy, I always just get medium or large. Obviously a small would never fit me, cause I'm so tall. Jeans/Pants are harder to choose, but I'll figure it out.

I do have a few cat safe plants at home, a few air plants and a Pilea peperomioides and a mini African Violet. Sometimes I grow cat grass for Leroy.

It's a warm sunny summer-like day outside☀

The florist shop across the street from work was giving away free roses in support of the Black Lives Matter movement:

I see succulents.... <3

That's why you have a separate room for plants... ;) Not sure what is going to happen with all my plants when I make my next move because the kittens would love to get into the plants if they could. They are worth having right now though.

My positive is so many succulent leaves are propagating right now, and is very exciting to check on each day. I've also used gravel as a topper when replanting a couple plants and love the look! Excited to make other plants look as neat.

My positive is that dad brought in some fresh greens from the garden- swiss chard, spinach, green onions. Mom doesn't like most greens besides lettuce and cucumbers, she thinks they are bad for digestion, so she has basically eliminated them from our lives. But Pop & me work around that sometimes ourselves when we can. 👍

My beefsteak tomato plant has sprouted one seed!! Love my deck, love snuggling with Big Cal
How exciting! Still waiting for my outdoor tomato seeds to sprout. The ones started inside weren't germinating, so I sowed some directly into the pot outside. I do have a seed sprouting in my cilantro pot though as of yesterday evening!

How were the fresh vegetables??

My positive is my new clothes from Old Navy fit really well. Here's a headless selfie. I wish I had gotten more of the jeans in the shot, but I don't know how to take selfies! They are really nice bootcut jeans.
