Being Reviewed The New Posts Section - Sorting Threads?

When I am in the section "New Posts", I am not able to click on this title bar (for sorting by "Replies", "Views" or "Last Message") --

There are no links there available to me to sort threads so that I can look for threads with zero replies, etc. Is it disabled just for that section? The links work when in other sections of navigation, just not when I'm on the "New Posts" page.
