It's what you do at a gym or fitness center, or anywhere really, to improve your health or your figure.

Bike riding, swimming, walking, treadmill etc.

I don't know how to swim but I love to splash around in a swimming pool. There's no beaches here in the desert in Arizona.

If I cook what I like it is tacos. My favorite meal is homemade tacos with homemade refried beans, I eat this at least twice a week, I figure with all the lettuce and tomatoes and onions it ought to be half way healthy! My husbands favorite meal is anything meat and potatoes!
