That sounds nice. Are there lots of Halloween decorations up?

90 minutes walk and an hour of yoga on Wednesday.
One hour walk, one hour of yoga and 30 minutes archery practice on Thursday.
45 minutes power yoga, an hour of raking up fallen leaves, an hour walk and 45 minutes of yin yoga yesterday.

I like doing these yin yoga routines after loads of other active stuff. It really helps prevent sore muscles.

Some blocks had more than others, but we saw some good stuff.

Must be nice to see them. I love Halloween colours. They don't decorate for Halloween here.

Yesterday it rained all day so I just did two 45 minute yoga practices.

Today I walked for 2 and 1/2 hours. Still no snow on Mount Fuji! Usually the top is covered by the beginning of October, the snow has never been this late before.

I hurt my leg while I was out on my walk yesterday. I stepped on a branch and it flipped up and whacked me in the shin. It`s not too bad. I cleaned the graze up and put plenty of antiseptic on it, but I`ve got a nice bruise. I decided that must be a sign to take a break today. I did a long yoga practice and some archery instead.

What`s everyone else been doing this weekend?
fall here in Wisconsin is wood cutting and stac
One hour of yoga, a bit of wood chopping, 30 minutes archery practice and an hour walk today. It`s been a good day!
how about a photo of your woodstove, good exercise cutting and stacking to keep you warm this winter.

Of course! It`s the best thing we ever bought. Keeps the house warm, dries laundry and boils water for tea.

Has everyone had a good week?

I went horse riding last Friday. I rode Midori and she was a very good girl but on the way home, when we were about a mile from the stables, she suddenly started limping. I got off to walk, but our guide insisted I take his horse and he walk Midori. Such a gentleman! However, he is a lot taller than I am. It took me a while to haul myself up onto his horse, then I had to ride home with really long stirrups. We made it though. Midori is fine now. We called the stables to check on her the next day and they said she was back to normal.

Beautiful horses. Glad to hear Midori was better the next day.

It's been a mix of rain, and cold and windy, so my walks have been pretty sporadic. I did rake some leaves one afternoon, which the Fitbit counted as activity, so that was something.

1 hour walk and 1 hour of yoga on Saturday.
30 minutes archery, 2 hour walk and 30 minutes of yoga today.

We finally have some proper snow on top of Fuji. It`s freakishly warm though, I was walking around in a t-shirt this afternoon.

How`s everyone doing? I`ve been making the most of the dry weather and walking almost every day. It`s head numbingly cold by 4 pm here, but midday is still nice.

90 minutes yoga and an hour walk today.

We're in a streak of endless days of damp and misty weather, so haven't been outside much at all. I miss summer. :sigh:

Just a couple walks. I'm finally making it to stroller strides for the first and probably last time this month because their schedule and mine aren't meshing lately.
