I've had a pretty good week.

An hour of yoga and an hour walk on Monday.
45 minutes yoga on Tuesday.
90 minutes yoga on Wednesday.
A 2 hour walk and 30 minutes stretching on Thursday.
90 minutes yoga today.

I finally did Stroller Strides on Wednesday after resting my hip so the muscle could heal. I feel like I can barely work out these days. Everything is so hard.

I've still been walking almost every day. There were a few days that the weather didn't cooperate. I used the treadmill one day but I can't stand it.

I didn't get out walking much last week, due to either me being unable to motivate myself, or the weather being un-cooperative. .

But I have already gone for a walk today, and may go for another one later.

Does housework count? It takes me 6 hours to vacuum this entire house by myself! I also have to do all the laundry now that mom moved out. I can wash blankets whenever I want.

Of course it counts! Such activity burns a lot of calories, despite what you might think

Walked again today. Not exactly sure how long, as my phone's timer stopped working, but probably about 30 minutes.

Oh, I hope so! I spend half my life doing house work.



One hour of yoga on Saturday.
30 minutes shoveling snow and hauling firewood, then 45 minutes yoga on Sunday.
90 minutes walk and 30 minutes walk on Monday.

I did 90 minutes of yoga on Tuesday.
1 hour yoga and a 1 hour walk on Wednesday.
A lot of cleaning, hauling firewood and 45 minutes yoga on Thursday.
One hour of yoga on Friday.
90 minutes yoga today.

That's not many walks, I need to get out more next week

It's pretty much back to normal eith an occasional twinge here and there (mostly on stairs).

I made myself get up early on Sunday so I had time to walk for an hour before work, then did an hour of yoga in the evening.

one hour of yoga and a 90 minute walk today. It's so warm here for February! There's hardly any snow around, even on top of the mountains

Ballet ran late so I got over an hour of that in.

Wow! I cant imagine doing ballet! In one of the exercises I do not do he does a cart wheel. I did used to country western dance

I started an adult ballet class in August. I go weekly. I did it as a kid for many years, and very briefly in college. I love it!
