I did 90 minutes of yoga and a 90 minute walk yesterday. 2 hour walk and 30 minutes stretching today. I wore my proper hiking boots for the first time this winter. I was expecting them to feel really heavy after a summer of walking in sneakers, but they were pretty comfy. I realised I can feel every rock through my sneakers, so I might be about to walk right through the bottoms of them.
Ah well, it's winter boot season now anyway.
