Yes, I get really stiff and uncomfortable if I have to sit still for too long.I'm thinking it might be a circulation issue, and when I sit around the pain comes back.
I've had a pretty good week so far. An hour of yoga and an hour walk on Saturday and Sunday, 90 minutes of yoga and a 45 minute walk yesterday. Today I got up early and started off with some nice gentle yoga, then walked for just over 90 minutes. Kind of cold and drizzly today, but there were a lot of deer about.
