Thanksgiving Dessert?

i made 96 peanut butter brownies for the 'customer appreciation dinner' at the produce auction. there were masses, just masses of different desserts there, so a lot came back home with me -- i was asked to make that many. :dunno:

my favorite dessert was pineapple pie, which i'd never had. :cloud9:

No dessert for me. I forgot about it completely. Not that it's a big deal. I'm not a dessert person. :dunno:

Dinner was as simple as it gets. A roasted turkey thigh and a baked potato. Cooked together in the toaster oven. :agree:

I have to make Apple Pie every year. I am pretty sure there would be a mutiny in my house if I skipped an apple pie. Although I too suffer from burnout on making it every holiday. Its a fairly simple recipe at least but time intensive to bake.
