Staring contest with a neighbor's cat across the alley

I live in the main downtown area of a big city, and Willy gets into this staring contest with a cat across the alley on a daily basis.

They will sit there sometimes for over an hour just staring at each other. Yes, that window is dirty... please ignore it and focus on the cute factor, lol.
