My new kitten, a sweet 11 week old Torbie, has some pretty strange feet. Yesterday as I was clipping her nails I noticed that two of her toes, the same one on each foot, is split. However, she only had one, perfectly shaped, pad on each of those toes.

I can’t find any information on this on the internet and was hoping I could get some help identifying what this is.

I’m not sure what you mean by split toes. If you mean the little line on her toe, that’s just where the claw “goes” when it’s not visible.

I have longhairs with quite a bit of feathering, but it’s still visible if you squint :)

Why is it just one toe and off to the side of the pad?
