Once your starter is established, do you keep it in the fridge or on the counter? I keep mine in the fridge, unless it's just been fed; then it stays on the counter until the bubbles start in again.

I took this after I had fed my starter, once the bubbles started to appear again.

Exactly. Once it is well established, I keep it in the 'fridge... otherwise I'd have bread coming outta my ears!

I have recipes I developed for sandwich bread, focaccia, lavash, pretzels, and of course, english muffins.
I used to take my breads to our weekly gaming group, then they all decided to go gluten free, so I quit making it. Hubby and I just can't eat that much between us. But he promised to help eat it if I start making it again...so we shall see.
