Update: kittens are doing good. They are roaming more and we fed them once today to help give Kiwi a break. On funny note Kiwi always look angry for some reason, she seems to have resting annoyed face. Kiwi seems to have anxiety problem or something, she licks her paws and legs a lot and anything near them, especially the runt and antirunt. Also one of the grey kittens might be part bear cub. Black White likes the taste of her paw.

About that licking, keep an eye out if it continues and she removes fur. Store bought chamomile tea can be used to ease discomfort if it gets to that point.
Try low volume classical harp music now and then, it is known to be relaxing for cats :)

There's some information in this thread;

Kiwi was panting a bit. She was licking herself and the kittens a lot so I dont know if it is tired tongue panting or calcium deficiency panting. We decided to give her about 2 table spoons of powder.

She might be stressed out. She was not happy when we took her kittens to feed them.

Update: besides Kiwi panting things are doing pretty good. We think the kitten pile is bigger then Kiwi. Antirunt apparently got hungry today and gained a good bit of weight.

We let Kiwi roam the house and did not attack Ramsey. He is a maincoon ragdollish mut of a lot fur. Vet said he is pretty healthy, like a pound or two overweight and we are trying to diet him. We used him to help some abandoned kittens several years ago, he could not feed them but he is one good source of heat. We used him to help tame some a very aggressive kitten a few years ago. He is the best surragent mother there is. She doesn't like him so no kittens for him.

This isnt the aggressive kitten but the best picture of him with one.

Is your cat eating wet? Dry food is bad for cats, and can cause dehydration and therefore - panting

The panting is concerning. Since she is nursing so many growing kittens she needs plenty of calcium. Give her kitten formula to drink a couple times a day each day for now. An extra can of wet food will help also. Is the panting getting better?

Kittens where scaling the great foam walls today.

We decided to give her the play pen to help. Keep the kittens in place.

During the move Kiwi was starting to pant. We think it is a stress pant since she didn't before and we gave her plenty of wet kitten food and kitten milk.

The kittens are still doing good. We are going to check on them more frequently tonight due to new environment and make sure they are safe. Kiwi has been leaving the kitten rooms more and exploring the house more and more. We have been feeding kiwi 3 scoops of kitten milk a day with 2 bags or cans of wet cat a day as well. We noticed antirunt was looking at us and moving his head when we moved.

Quick question: we have a 14 year old cat who sometimes has a hard time eating, even wet catfood. Is it safe to give him kitten milk? Here he is, watermelon for scale.

Update: Kittens can walk, see, and hear. The weights seem to be good, runt is a little small and has less of the fat kitten belly. Runt seems to be developing at the same rate as the other kittens. The fattest one is already 403 grams. We will probably need bigger bowls. My mom noticed they like the formula more when she feeds them while sitting in the playpen. We think it is because they know Kiwi is close so they calm down. They freak out less when we pick them up as well. We feed them all a small syringe a day, some a syringe and a half. Kiwi is still getting 3 scoops of milk a day with unlimited kitten kibble and two small cans of wet catfood. Have to fill up her water like 2 or 3 times a day. She uses the litterbox more then our three other cats, makes since she is eating for 7. Kiwi has stop panting, it was probably stress panting from the nest move. Kiwi has been giving us the slow blink more often.

Update: kittens are doing good. Sorry I have not done many updates, College started and I had to move on campus. I still have visitations on weekends. The kittens are starting to play more. Antirunt has been climbing the playpen, almost got out once so we used paper dividers and duct tape to stop them. Runt is a bit slow on the weight gaining but is still developing well, we give the runt a good bit of formula when we feed them, we think They should be able to use bowls soon.
We pretty much found a home for Black white (we call her button now) and a friend will probably take one of the greys. We will hold them for at least 9 to 10 weeks. My sisters roomate adopted a 6 week kitten and it was a demon. We want to make sure they are good and develop when we give them away. Except for the momma Kiwi, she stays.
