I do know about the “hijacking.” Very frustrating stuff. I am on later tonight than I have been lately. No site jumping tonight! 
I don’t know if it is the timing, I have shaken the problem or if it is temporary but we shall see. It was very refreshing to be able to type an entire post in one try! 
I will keep all the tips handy though! Thank you to everyone for contributing helpful information. It’s always an ongoing education when it comes to the ever changing world of technology.
