My wife just got some free Silver Vine sticks with a cat litter delivery. I'm tryign to check the safety of Silver Vine sticks for cats, but cannot find anything that is not biased from a seller. I look forward to any members' comments.

I haven't tried it with my cats, but they say it's perfectly safe and the best alternative to catnip.

Based on what I read it really is safe BUT should not be added to food or water as this may result to a "distracting effect" on behavior and cat's normal mealtime.
