Can anyone give me some instructions on how to make a siggy using Adobe Photoshop Elements? as I having problems using the programme is I'm not sure what to do.

I found the instructions which icklemiss21 made, extreamly helpful. Thats all I used for learning how to make signatures. They are wonderful.
