Siamese? Or Rag Doll? Or Something Else?

hello fellow cat parents! I have been thinking that my 2 year old Olive may not be the Siamese that we thought she was..... it really doesn’t matter. I am just curious as to what she could be.
Traits:
Very soft fur - blue points
Doglike behavior
Follows us around from room to room
Doesn’t like guests :/ will get a little aggressive (working on this....)
Very attached to my husband and I

Her cousin (my brothers cat) is a Siamese and has very different traits/head shape

OMG! That looks just like a Sumarian Enmebaragesi, bred by the Ubaidians to hunt the Eurasian Viper. She's one of a kind she is!

She’s stunning! I think that she is a nice Ragdoll lookalike. Siamese are shorthaired cats. Without papers, though, she would technically be called a blue point Domestic Longhair.
