I wonder if the smoke and the recent trauma could've had a stress related effect on them both----- like a delayed reaction, when I am on stressful situations I'm just fine, after the fact when all is well IBS will kick in- no kidding, just sayin
Maybe. Boone had a small issue around 0430 but nothing like what was going on yesterday. Weird that there was 10 hours between this one and the last one yesterday. Haven't gone downstairs to check Gracie's box.

Gracie just used Boone's box. Still loose but not liquid anymore.

Adorable twosomes, HUDSONPAT HUDSONPAT and SueLinda SueLinda (and my heartfelt condolences for your loss of Moki, HP)
It sure could be stress and I hear ya on that, Kwik Kwik -- the cliche of "my guts turned to water" is so apt. :sigh: I wasn't aware of this but my roomie told me it's very normal and common. Life being much more stressful in these times than in the past, it happens a lot to me, too. Hoping things get back to normal, klunick klunick ! Nature's Miracle -- Just For Cats and my Bissell SpotBot "Pet" are essential for anything like that...

They play musical beds here too. But each has a few spots specific usually to the time of night.
Nobel's old pumpkin bed we put away after steaming so the one Cal is in is replacing it. I think he likes it better. We might put them side by side on that chest top.

Hiding from the steam mop here.
Your cats are so beautiful, what shiny coats they have ❤

  • Wow...your kitty has an M on forehead...Cats with 'M' on forehead: the mark of a true tabby cat One story has it that the 'M' is related to the word 'mau' which in Ancient Egypt meant 'cat'. In Christian folklore, a tabby cat dutifully showed up to comfort baby Jesus. In gratitude, his mother Mary stroked the cat's head and left an 'M' mark on its forehead.
