Wish I had photos of Offie (short for Off Licence) who I cat-sat about twenty years ago. He was a black Oriental, classic long, lean build with the long, bony face and very wide-set ears. He also had the longest canines I've ever seen, they went past his jaw! Quite an alarming looking cat, but he was very sweet.

I would have LOVED to see him. That's my kind of cat! (I love ALL cats. But black and tortoiseshell are my favorites, aesthetically, and I have several Oriental cat friends on the platform I will always refer to as twitter :agree:

Oh, yeah, hoping so if she has discomfort now!
No visible discomfort and she eats great so if she does she’s been hiding it well, but she is a wee bit grumpy with the (newer) younger cats sometimes so I do always wonder if her mouth is bothering her and contributing to that. Vet did notice a cracked back tooth and suspects she has some resorptive lesions so I can’t imagine that NOT causing discomfort. Once she’s healed I’ll start brushing her teeth so she hopefully doesn’t ever have to have another one, which I’m sure she’ll love lol (not).
