The first picture was taken next to Lake Sai, looking towards Fuji. The second was taken on Fuji looking towards Lake Sai. The mountains you can see under the digger arm are Jyunigatake and Onigatake, which surround the lake.May I ask where that breathtaking scene was taken?

Isn't the Sea of Trees Forest very near this area? You have the most breathtaking views on the planet imo- I've not been to Japan in decades but it's one place (the only place) I'd go back to visit again
