I finally got a shot of Juniper showing off her belly stripe...

Counter-intuitively, this pose seems to be an invitation, not to rub her belly, but rather to scratch her chin. Last night, a vigorous chin scratch inspired so much happy wriggling that she nearly fell off the cat tree.

My boy has a gloriously spotty belly!

What I love most about this is that the breeder has told me that his spotty belly would make him a poor show cat (he is purebred "pet" registered Siamese). I cannot understand how this could make him less perfect! And so the alien world of show cats is exposed!

He is obviously perfect!
