She's not biting aggressively but it's still hard and hurts.

I'll be petting my Alphonse and she loves her cheeks and neck rubbed, but she'll instantly try to put my fingers in her mouth were she starts to chew on them. I don't know if I'm over stimulating her. She also attacks my feet but that's only play. She has always done that. She uses her mouth a lot.

shes a couple months over a year. But she also does the bite thing if I'm just sitting there. I'll be watching tv and she's jump on the couch and try and eat my hands. Nothing aggressive tho.

You should be saying 'OW' very loudly whenever she does this. I myself flat out scream it when I encounter this issue. Often this is enough to make them stop doing it at that time and also if done each time she bites you she will get the message not to do it again.

You should also immediately stop interacting with her when she bites you and leave her alone, completely, for a minimum of 5 full minutes.  You should not respond to her at all during this time.

Also try hissing when she does it.
