I am sure Daisy had the more detailed thyroid test that Feeby recently had done (free T4 by equilibrium dialysis) and that is what nailed down the H-T positive results for Feeby. Even though Feeby's previous tests were inconclusive for hyperthyroidism, the very fact that she has been losing weight for about 1 1/2 years, I suspect she has had this condition for awhile. It was just this more in-depth test that revealed it.

While I don't wish Daisy to have hyperthyroidism, at least that would explain the weight loss - and, give you a chance to reverse it.

I, too, would like to reverse Feeby's age and make her young again! But, I guess we should both be glad our girls have made it this long, and be thankful they are both likely to with us for some time to come!!!

Yes I totally agree I'm hoping its the hyperthyroidism its an easy treatable explanation. Let's see.

I am totally thankful she has been able to be with me so long. Feel very lucky.
